Soccer Assist Director, Junior Osei-Tutu said, “It’s great to finally be able to announce the partnership between Soccer Assist and Newport Pagnell Town Football Club! We are happy to be working with NPTFC on this exciting project. This partnership will give local players the opportunity to apply their skills within a great footballing environment. It was important for us to partner with a football club that shares our vision of long-term player development and supports each player to achieve their full potential.”

Newport Pagnell Town Football Club has an incredible reputation and long history filled with athletic success. The 1st team are currently members of the United Counties League Premier Division South with ambitions to get promoted up the leagues.

Newport Pagnell also dominates Milton Keynes and surrounding areas with the amount of youth teams for boys and girls. We look forward to this partnership not only developing our players, but also providing several opportunities for the youth.

NPTFC, Head of Football, Vivion Cox said “Our aim for NPTFC is to be the most progressive Non-league team in the region and this partnership allows NPTFC to play a part in developing local footballers and offer them the chance to compete in perhaps the highest standard of youth football outside of the professional game. Our aspiration is for the club to be an integral part of the local community and our partnership with the Soccer Assist Academy lays the foundations for this. Alongside the proposed future development of Willen Road we hope this partnership will help create a hub for local players, something the community can be both excited by and proud of!”

Over the past few years, we are proud to say, that 7 of our Soccer Assist Academy Students have been signed and now play for NPTFC first team. We are excited to see their continued success and look forward to more of our academy players joining them and flourishing through this partnership.

We are excited to see how this partnership continues to strengthen in the upcoming years, and are forever grateful to Vivion Cox, Ian and Jules Ford and the rest of the staff at NPTFC for making this happen.
